About Us:

KHC Sports was founded by owner Kraig Cable in April of 2006. We started as a small website ~ www.profootballstuff.com selling football helmets and bumper stickers. We have since grown to a much larger platform selling authorized sports merchandise and memorabilia for every NFL, NBA, NHL, and Major league baseball team, as well as over 250 NCAA colleges and universities. We also sell merchandise for your favorite NASCAR driver and MLS Soccer team, as well as teams in the WNBA! We do not keep much inventory, we partner with several manufacturers directly, so your order may be drop shipped to you direct from a manufacturer or distribution center, rather than KHC Sports. We do this to keep our inventory low which makes it possible to offer you the customer the best pricing you will find on your favorite sports merchandise anywhere! We also do not offer a toll free “800” number for the same reason. We do have a general sales and customer support phone number (208)908-8224 for the safety and security of talking to a real person. We have a great customer service staff that will be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have about our products, pricing, or anything else. We like to leave a “paper trail” or in this case “e-mail trail” to better assist our customers. Shipping Policy:

Orders placed before 2:00 pm Eastern Time that are in stock will be shipped the same day. Some items are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. These items are clearly marked “Ships Direct From Manufacturer” with the number of days it takes for the manufacturer to ship. These items take anywhere from 2 to 12 business days.

Return Policy:

You may return items sold by KHC Sports.com within 30 days for a refund or exchange minus shipping charges with an accompanying RMA#. To obtain RMA #, e-mail returns@khcsports.com and we will provide instructions where to ship the item(s). Since we deal with several different manufacturers, we must adhere to their policies. Orders where the wrong item was shipped, or an item is damaged or defective, will be credited in full or exchanged to meet the customers satisfaction. Items returned that are deemed not the fault of KHC Sports ~i.e. “customer changed their mind”, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items should be returned in their original packaging in “new and re-sellable condition”. When returning an item deemed “not the fault of KHC Sports.com” the customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred.

Privacy Policy:

Your privacy is important to us! When shopping with us, we maintain only the information we need to process your order, and then discard it, unless you tell us otherwise. Our encryption process verifies your credit information and then discards it, giving you added security as no trail remains of your transaction on our servers. We further protect you by using Authorize.net and their latest technology encryption processes. As a visitor to our stores, we may collect information from cookies stored on your computer for statistical information, such as your page views, length of your visit, and the keywords you searched for to find us. We use this information to improve your shopping experience, and none of your personal information is at risk, nor gathered. We do not trade, sell, or share any of your information unless ordered to do so by a court of law. We protect your information so your shopping experience with us is safe!
